Our outside catering product is designed to offer stand alone liability insurance to mobile and outside caterers such as:

Liability covers available include:
- £5million Public Liability – required by most councils and show / event organisers (£10million option available if required)
- £5million Product Liability – including food poisoning
- £10million Employers Liability – with no restrictions to the number of staff
Our commercial team has expert industry knowledge in providing insurance for mobile and outside caterers and we even include a page entitled “copy for the event organiser” which you can show to councils / organisers, this also witholds some of the more personal information.
Additional optional extra covers can be added if required:
- Business stock cover
- Business equipment cover – including generators
- Up to £10,000 sum insured
- No single article limit
- Cover can be extented to include theft from unattended road vehicles / trailers
- No need to remove business equipment from the vehicle overnight
2. Catering Trailer
This product is for mobile and fixed site catering trailers, including potacabins which covers the unit and the fixtures and fittings. Cover can also be extended to include money, stock, frozen food, legal expenses and business interruption. You also have the option to add liability insurance cover.
Unlike other insurers on the market we do not ask for pictures of the catering trailer and the trailer does not have to be kept in a locked compound.
Our ctaering trailer insurance product also provides a no claims bonus discount and further discounts are available for Datatag or Thiefbeaters marking and registration system (both systems provide a unique ID number and electronic transponder).
